About BIMfaktoria

BIMfaktoria is a broadly based business of digitizing buildings using 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry and BIM digital technologies.

The company was founded in 2019 by Karol Argasinski, an architect and certified BIM Manager with more than 10 years of experience in BIM technology, digitizing historic and architectural buildings using 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry techniques.

BIMfaktoria has two branches located in Warsaw and Jaroslaw in the Podkarpackie region, but provides laser scanning services and BIM and point cloud implementation throughout Poland and Europe.

Initially, the company dealt only with construction and architectural inventories. However, over time, by gathering years of experience and deepening knowledge, the company’s scope of services expanded, and with it the BIMfaktoria team, which now consists of heritage experts, architects, designers and experienced BIM modelers.

Currently, in addition to construction inventory, our services include 3D laser scanning services, including mobile laser scanning, point cloud deployments, and PointCab software sales for point cloud processing and processing. In addition, we offer BIM 3D modeling services, the creation of BIMx models, the implementation of other software in a BIM environment, as well as consulting on the configuration, selection and purchase of customized workstations.

In addition, we actively advocate the openBIM approach, which supports the implementation of open standards in the architecture and construction industry, as well as BIM technology processes throughout the project lifecycle. The owner of BIMfaktoria, Karol Argasinski, is the first person in Poland to obtain the buildingSMART International Certification Foundation certification.

This is also manifested in BIMfaktoria’s educational activities and cooperation with universities in Poland and abroad.

Thanks to the latest technologies, we digitize the world around us, transforming what is temporary and fragile into lasting and fascinating experiences, images animations, and 3D models.
