BIM technology means modeling building information, that is, creating and processing 3D models as simplified representations of reality, such as walls, floors, windows and doors, but also electrical wiring and plumbing. BIM technology is also the recording and processing of all other information related to a construction project, such as the parameters of individual building envelopes, but also the period of construction or data on the location of the project. The BIM approach allows continuous and immediate access to continuously updated project information, which can be helpful in preparing cost estimates or schedules. It also simplifies the design process itself and communication between various participants in an investment project.
3D modeling at BIMfaktoria primarily involves the Archicad environment and working according to open standards – openBIM. We make models of architectural, industrial buildings, providing full 2D documentation, refined 3D BIM models, as well as BIMx models for reproduction in the presentation environment in the form of visualizations, virtual tours, etc.
The 3D BIM models we create are characterized by high accuracy and can be scaled to any size at any stage of the project. We adjust the degree of detail of the 3D model created to the individual needs of the client.
