About BIMfaktoria

BIMfaktoria is a company specializing in the broad field of object digitization using 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and BIM digital technologies.

The company was founded in 2019 by Karol Argasiński, an architect and certified BIM Manager with over 10 years of experience in BIM technologies, as well as the digitization of heritage and architectural buildings using 3D laser scanning and photogrammetry techniques.

BIMfaktoria operates two branches located in Warsaw and Jarosław in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. However, its 3D laser scanning services, as well as BIM and point cloud implementation solutions, are delivered across Poland and Europe.

Initially, the company focused solely on building and architectural surveying. However, over time, through the accumulation of many years of experience and the expansion of expertise, the scope of services has grown, along with the BIMfaktoria team, which now consists of cultural heritage experts, architects, designers, and experienced BIM modelers.

Currently, our services include, in addition to building surveying, 3D laser scanning services, including mobile laser scanning, point cloud implementation, and the sale of PointCab software for point cloud processing and analysis. Furthermore, we offer 3D BIM modeling services, BIMx model development, implementation of other BIM environment software, as well as consulting in the configuration, selection, and purchase of workstations tailored to individual client needs.

In addition, we are actively engaged in promoting the openBIM approach, which supports the implementation of open standards in the architectural and construction industry, as well as BIM-based processes throughout the entire project lifecycle. The owner of BIMfaktoria, Karol Argasiński, is the first person in Poland to obtain the buildingSMART International Certification Foundation qualification.

This commitment is also reflected in BIMfaktoria’s educational activities and its cooperation with universities in Poland and abroad.
